CTO
Our response to customer needs: The CTO (Customer Oriented Team). A contact person for all the necessary needs of a contract or account.

WHO WE ARE: organized Task Forces, composed of representatives of the different network nodes involved in the supply. Expression of a large organization which follows and interacts directly with the customer.

WHO WE FOLLOW: all those customers whose needs involve more than one network node. Among others, these are some names of companies followed: Tetrapak, Alstom, GD, KPL Korber, IMA Group.

HOW IT IS DONE: with regular monthly meetings involving the clients themselves, with great flexibility in including additional professionals as needed.
